Botavara Restaurant: An elegant and cosy restaurant with a terrace on which to enjoy warm days on the Island of Lanzarote. You can enjoy breakfast every day in this restaurant, as well as a wide selection of the most exquisite and varied dishes.  And at night, we offer themed buffet dinners: Canary Island, Italian, Oriental, Arabic, Mexican, French and Mediterranean. A selection of the most exquisite dishes from each culture with which to delight your palate.

El Risco Restaurant: A detailed decor and a sophisticated sense of good taste, this is the starting point for our Chef to present an original menu offering a fusion of traditional Italian cooking and the most innovative elements of Mediterranean cuisine. The first courses are presented in the form of an antipasti buffet, the second courses can be selected from the menu and, finally, the large selection of desserts is sweetly exposed in the buffet. Our Maitre will recommend the best wine or champagne to accompany such an enjoyable dinner.

Pool Bar Restaurant: the perfect place for lunch, poolside and with endless sea views. Our Chef proposes a varied menu that allows you to sample traditional Canarian cuisine, fresh fish, tasty salads, light snacks and an extensive dessert menu. Mention must be made of our paellas and rice specialities.  Drinks, sorbets and ice-creams are served from the Pool Bar for all those who wish to enjoy the sun and relax around the pools.

La Caleta Restaurant: Located by the sea, this is one of the most beautiful corners of the hotel from where you hear the crashing waves and feel the gentle aroma of the sea. Amid all this beauty, our Chef proposes a tempting menu of dishes made with extreme delicacy and imagination, based on Mediterranean cuisine and incorporating selected products from our island. The art of choosing the best ingredients in which to inspire oneself and create a perfect work of art to be admired and savoured by YOU.

Personalized menus: We want all our clients to feel at home!! And for this reason our Chef’s hobs are open to all suggestions. Special menus for slimming, for celiacs, diabetics, low-sodium, no-fat diets and multicultural diets. We can design a private dinner on the beach, a barbecue or any dream that you wish to fulfil. These services are available only on request,  according to availability and are offered via a personalised quote.

Bar El Drago: A place to dream and relax the senses while enjoying a selection of the best tapas and snacks. And if you prefer, you can contemplate the magnificent sunsets accompanied by our extensive and delicious cocktails and spirits menu. Drinks, sorbets and ice-creams are served from the Drago Bar for all those who wish to enjoy the sun and relax around the pools.

Lanz Beach Club: a meeting point for glamour and fun during Lanzarote’s traditional Chill Out nights+. Mojitos, Caipirinhas and our cocktail and drinks menu to bring alive these nights of dancing, music, batucadas, live shows…..   Check dates, opening times and activities programme.

You can also enjoy our Piano Bar located in the Hotel Reception. A place for drinks or refreshments with friends, family or your partner, enlivened by music/visual shows or the sounds of our pianist. The Nautilus nightclub is an open space for private parties and high profile events. You will be able to request room service.  We recommend booking Half Board, as you will be able to enjoy a great many gastronomic advantages during your stay. Request information about the opening times and prices of the Hotel’s restaurants, bars and shows. Out of courtesy, you are request to wear formal, suitable clothing during dinner in our restaurants. Long trousers are required for men. Entry with bare shoulders and/or chest is not allowed.
