The Arrocería Acueducto is an excellent restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Galician cuisine without leaving innovation aside. This is a relaxed and welcoming restaurant, where the chef has prepared a menu which emphasizes fresh local ingredients in a variety of delicious dishes pervaded with tradition. Rice is the star attraction in this restaurant and the numerous varieties and manners of preparing and serving it in the company of meats, shellfish and fresh fish. The menu also includes a selection of dishes promoting health and wellbeing, specifically created for guests at the Spa. The restaurant offers a varied wine list selected by expert palates which spotlight the best local and international wine makers.

The other restaurant at the hotel is La Lanzada, a warm and happy place with room for 70 people. The menu is made up of traditional Galician dishes, prepared with local agricultural products, seafood and fish and always using the freshest ingredients. The international cuisine of the restaurant is perfectly complemented by an excellent wine list, lovingly selected by our expert sommelier.
